JDRF Walk 2009!

First off, thanks to all of you that supported Avery's team by donating or walking with us! We truly appreciate everything! Avery's team has raised over $1500 this year and we had the largest family team at the walk! Everyone walking around in Avery's shirts or with name tags on that stated they were there to support Avery was just amazing.

Also, I must say, the fifth grade class is awesome! These little 10 & 11 year olds raised almost $550 for the JDRF. These kids, and their parents, are so supportive of Avery and her other classmates with diabetes........we are so lucky to be surrounded by such great people!

Okay, so it's been a month.....give me a little break, I had to go back to work, get the kids back in school, start softball season again and try to keep the house from falling down! We have been extremely busy, especially this weekend......we had the JDRF walk on Saturday (along with softball practice, Aidan's friends bday party, Jason's bday party....long day!). We had a wonderful turnout and I will post pics as soon as I get caught up on everything!
